Categories for Barriers to Digital Transformation in Higher Education: An Analysis Based on Literature

For higher education institutions that encourage digital transformation, understanding the barriers are necessary for transformation accomplishment. The purpose of this paper is to present a review literature on in education. To get wide overview identifying implementation structured was used select relevant studies published. Nine categories were identified based reviewed: vision, strategy and policy, resources, leadership, skill knowledge, technology, adaptability, resistance change, government economic.
